Brooke Callan M.S., CCC-SLP

Brooke CCC-SLP Director of Clinical Operations

Director of Operations

Brooke graduated from Indiana University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences and earned her Master’s in Communication Disorders from Indiana State University in 2017. Her background as a speech-language pathologist includes work across a variety of settings, including ABA and outpatient centers, schools (elementary through high school), early intervention programs such as First Steps, and an externship at Riley Hospital for Children in acute care and inpatient rehabilitation.

In 2019, Brooke joined Integrity as the organization’s first Speech-Language Pathologist and established our speech program. Her passion for mentorship—especially supporting Clinical Fellows—and her expertise in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) have been central to Integrity’s interdisciplinary care model.

Now serving as Director of Operations, Brooke oversees the administrative and billing departments, ensuring that systems and processes run efficiently across the organization. She plays a key role in aligning operations with Integrity’s mission, supporting team success, and maintaining a seamless experience for the families we serve.

Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending time with her husband, Cameron, and their two sons, Beckett and Paxton. She and Cameron share a love for music and are active in teaching and performing musical theater in their free time.
