Emily Smith, Billing Specialist

Emily earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis in 2014. Before joining the Integrity team, Emily worked in healthcare for 10 years where she gained experience with billing.

                                                                                                                                                                                        Since joining Integrity in early 2020, Emily has been part of our billing team as a billing specialist, primarily for speech therapy. She handles speech therapist credentialing, claims processing and payments, and manages speech client accounts.

                                                                                                                                                                                       Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She also enjoys crafting, baking, and visiting the beach!
