Erica’s interest and passion for working in pediatric behavioral and development support started after one of her children was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. She experienced the growth and happiness that various therapies brought to her son and her family. Erica enjoys seeing the children she serves reach their goals and develop independence leading to greater opportunities for them and their families in their daily environments.
Erica enjoys spending time with her husband and children traveling, going to concerts, and watching movies. She also loves petting and playing with her dogs and cat. Her favorite season is Fall due to the cool weather, Friday night football games, and bonfires
