Erica Wood
Authorization Specialist
Erica earned her associates in Medical Assisting in 2020 from Ivy Tech Community College and worked as a medical assistant in a pediatric office. Erica discovered ABA therapy through this position and became an RBT in March of 2023.
Erica joined Integrity in June of 2025 as an RBT. Since joining Integrity, she gained even more experience in the field of ABA by working with a diverse range of clients. Erica has since moved into the Authorization Specialist position. Erica’s experience with authorizations started when she was a pharmacy technician and a medical assistant.
In her free time, you can find Erica spending time with her husband and friends. Erica enjoys going to sporting events, concerts, traveling and reading books.
