Jenna Underwood, Lead RBT

RBT Team Manager

Jenna earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Indiana University. She began her journey with Integrity Learning Center in 2021 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing 1:1 therapy in our clinic and school settings. Jenna progressed through our RBT career track, gaining valuable skills and experience that led to her advancement to RBT Manager in 2023! In this role, she directly manages a team of our skilled RBTs and provides daily support, maintaining excellence in therapist performance and ensuring our clients receive the highest quality therapy and care possible.

In 2024, Jenna dedicated extra time to enhancing Integrity’s wellness initiatives, leading to our 3-Star AchieveWELL Designation from the Wellness Council of Indiana! She is passionate about Integrity’s mission and is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of every client, family, and team member within the Integrity community.

Outside of work, Jenna enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Milo!
