Manager of Administrative Services

Kayla holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, with a certificate in Rehabilitation and Disabilities from Indiana University-Indianapolis (formerly IUPUI). During her undergraduate studies, she discovered her passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while interning at a pediatric therapy clinic.

In 2018, Kayla joined Integrity Learning Center as a Behavioral Therapist. Since then, Kayla has held a variety of roles within the organization, keeping her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials active and is currently managing the Administrative Team at Integrity. Kayla is committed to fostering a supportive atmosphere where both staff and families feel valued and empowered.

In her free time, Kayla enjoys being with her family, watching reality TV, and spoiling her dog, Winston.
