Regan Roberts, M.A. BCBA
Executive Director / Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Regan earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Indiana University in 2016, followed by a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis in Autism from Ball State University in 2018. She has worked as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for five years.
While completing her undergraduate degree, Regan interned with a pediatric therapy group specializing in occupational, speech, and physical therapies. After graduating from IU, she entered the ABA field as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), advancing within Integrity Learning Center from RBT to Clinical Assistant. Her career path then took her to Wisconsin, where she worked as a BCBA serving children of all ages in clinic and in-home settings, before returning to Indiana to continue her work at Integrity.
Outside of work, Regan enjoys spending time with her fiancé, trying new restaurants, and hiking with their dog. She also cherishes time with her family, especially her three nieces and nephews.
