Lauren Dant, Authorization Specialist
Authorization Specialist
While a pre-med student, Lauren earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with concentrations in Business and Spanish from Indiana University in 2014.
During her four years at IU Indianapolis, she was an NCAA DI athlete, part-time distribution center worker, and volunteer for many organizations such as the Riley Children’s Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and more. After graduating from college, Lauren coached and trained youth athletes while becoming a certified EMT. While employed as an EMT, she joined the Honor Guard for fallen first responders and became a BLS Provider Instructor through the American Heart Association. After a career in emergency medicine, she decided to turn her passion and hobby into a new career: interior design. In the remodeling and new construction industry, she spent several years as a designer, sales manager, estimator, and project manager for residential spaces. After becoming a mom, she quickly realized that she wanted to shift her focus back to the medical field and was happy to have found Integrity as the answer.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys riding her Harley, roller skating, creating new cooking recipes, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and their two German Shepherds. When she and her family are not home, you can find them hiking or doing anything that involves a water sport.
