Here’s what to expect:

STEP 1

Contact us

Fill out the form or contact us by phone. We will contact you, answer any questions you may have, and review the documentation you will need, such as a completed inquiry form, doctor’s referral with a diagnostic report, and your insurance card.

STEP 2

Schedule a meet and greet

After completing the inquiry form, we will contact you to schedule a meet & greet. Come in to meet us and learn about our programs to make sure it’s the right fit for your child and your family. We encourage you to ask any and all questions.

STEP 3

Schedule an initial evaluation

Our staff can’t wait to meet you and your child! Initial evaluations are completed at the Integrity Learning center by our expert clinicians to learn more about your child and your family values. This is the first step in building an individualized treatment plan for your child.

STEP 4

Treatment plan and recommendations

Following the evaluation, we provide a written report with treatment recommendations for parents to review and provide input. The treatment plan is then submitted to insurance for approval. After approval, a start date is established.

You can expect the initial evaluation to last 1-2 hours.

The time for subsequent sessions will depend on your child’s therapy plan.

Financial Information

We work directly with your family and insurance company to understand what services are covered under your plan. Navigating insurance can be very confusing but please don’t worry, we will walk you through every step.

Helping your child get the therapy they need is incredibly important to us. We welcome your calls and encourage you to give us a ring with any questions or concerns. We want to help!

If you do not see your insurance carrier listed, please contact us. We may be able to enter into a case agreement with your insurance where we can work with your policy to provide in-network services.
