Alicia attended Butler University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology. Alicia then earned her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State with a certificate in autism.

Alicia is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a member of the Christian Association for Psychological Studies, Association of Contextual Behavioral Science, Hoosier Association of Behavior Analysis, Association of Professional Behavior Analysts, and Association for Behavior Analysis International. She is also the founder of the Association for Christians in Behavior Analysis.

Deeply committed to helping children with autism and other developmental disabilities, Alicia began serving this community in 2005. Since then, she has provided and supervised ABA therapy in homes, schools, ABA clinics, and in the community. She co-founded Integrity Learning Center in 2012 with her husband Kyle Boyll to provide treatment options that address and include the whole family.

When not in the office, Alicia loves to spend time with her husband and children, gardening, and photography!
