Integrity?

We understand family life is now different. At Integrity, we help families like you thrive by providing quality early intervention behavioral support services for children with Autism or children with specific behavior challenges.

Through current research and effective strategies, we empower families and children to experience success and grow through the science of Applied Behavior Analysis. Integrity, respect, compassion, faith in God, and Christian values are the foundations of our company.

Alicia Boyll, M.A. BCBA

Director | Clinical Consultant

Alicia began serving families and their children with autism and other developmental disabilities in 2005. Since then, she has provided and supervised ABA therapy in homes, schools, ABA clinics, and in the community. Alicia Boyll graduated from Butler University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology. She received her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Alicia is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a member of the Christian Association for Psychological Studies, Hoosier Association of Behavior Analysis, Association of Professional Behavior Analysts, as well as the Association for Behavior Analysis International. She is also the founder of the Association for Christians in Behavior Analysis.

Alicia loves to spend time with her husband Kyle (Integrity’s business manager), her son (Lincoln), gardening, and photography!

Kyle Boyll

Director | Business Manager

Kyle and Alicia launched Integrity in 2012 and he now works as the company’s Business Manager. Kyle graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Purdue University in 2008. He leverages his background in group leadership and administration to provide a great environment for clients and employees. Kyle’s conceptual, interpersonal, technical, and organizational skills maximize the daily operations of Integrity. He enjoys working ‘behind the scenes’ at Integrity to keep operations running smoothly. He focuses his efforts on Integrity’s vision of providing the highest quality ABA therapy services to children on the Autism spectrum.

In his free time, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, Alicia (Integrity’s Clinical Director) and his son Lincoln. He enjoys playing golf and tennis, and is an avid IndyCar fan.

Audrey Falkenstein, M.A. BCBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Audrey began working in the ABA field six years ago. She has a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, along with certificates in autism & Applied Behavioral Analysis. Audrey became a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst in September 2012, and she is also a member of the Hoosier Association of Behavior Analysis and Association for Behavior Analysis International. Before becoming a BCBA, she worked with young children with special needs and their families through First Steps. Audrey is passionate about teaching her clients functional skills and communication through play activities and helping families accomplish goals for their child that impact their day to day interactions.

Audrey and her husband enjoy trying local restaurants, playing with their dog, spending time with family, and traveling to new places.

Lianne Sinclair, M.A. BCBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Lianne has over seven years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She has diverse experience in centers, schools, and homes. She found her passion working with individuals with disabilities while attending college and majoring in psychology. She earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in autism from Ball State University. Lianne devotes her life to the growth and development of children through early intervention, which is why she joined the Integrity team!

In her free time, Lianne enjoys spending time with her family, attending her son’s sporting events, and traveling.

Courtney Hamil

Daily Services Manager | Behavioral Therapist

Courtney joined the Integrity family in 2013, and she now serves as a Daily Services Manager. She graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies in 2012. Courtney knows how ABA Therapy positively impacts children with autism, and she passionately serves our families with the highest level of quality care. She is passionate about clients meeting milestones that will help shape them for a lifetime and helping families thrive in their home environments.

In her free time, Courtney enjoys relaxing at home with her husband, playing tennis, and spending time with her son Calvin.

Haley Schwartz

Daily Services Manager

Haley joined the Integrity team after graduating from IUPUI in 2014. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus in Education. Haley has had the opportunity to work with families and their kiddos with autism in homes, schools, the community, and at Integrity’s Learning Center. She has a passion for teaching, developing skills and attaining goals with her clients. She also enjoys staff development and training as well as the daily opportunities to personally engage with families and the Integrity Team.

In her free time, Haley enjoys spending time with her husband, playing tennis with friends, and cooking.
