Lead RBT

Jenna joined the Integrity team in April 2021 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing direct therapy in both our clinic and school settings, and has since been promoted to Lead RBT!

She directly manages our team of talented RBTs and provides daily support, maintaining excellence in therapist performance and ensuring clients receive the highest quality therapy and care possible. She strives to maintain Integrity’s positive work culture and assists in planning and executing monthly staff outings and social events for the team.

Jenna maintains her RBT credential and continues to provide direct therapy as needed for any of our clients. She values the connections she has made with each child and takes time to remain up-to-date on each of their individual programs. Jenna is passionate about Integrity’s mission and genuinely cares for each and every client, family, and employee within our Integrity community.

Outside of work, Jenna enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Milo!
